As the culmination of the dreams and determination of the concept creator, Suzanne Bonham, Burger Craft® caters to the lifestyles of those who place importance on a menu that is committed to clean local farm fresh food, when making a dining decision.
Educated through experience, Suzanne has spent the majority of her life in the restaurant industry. As a self-described “hospitality die-hard,” Suzanne has played a major role in the operations of some of Central Florida’s top-notch restaurants. These include the Ohana Restaurant at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Jiko at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Primo, a restaurant by Chef Melissa Kelly which is located in the prestigious JW Marriott Grande Lakes Resort. While at Primo, Suzanne was instrumental in assisting the restaurant to achieve the AAA 4-diamond service ranking as well as winning the Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” within their first year.
In late 2013, as Suzanne sat in a local restaurant contemplating her next steps and options, an idea suddenly came to her. Burgers were experiencing success and from that point on, Suzanne was determined to bring the “Burger phenomenon” to the next level. Burger Craft® is pioneering a new niche in fast casual burger concepts, one grass-fed burger at a time! We are creating Farm to table fast casual burger segment that differentiates itself with 100% grass-fed beef in a “bun” or “bowl” while enriching the lives of the team members and our guests.
Through dedication, diligence, patience, and a lot of hard work, Burger Craft® is now a “dream come true.” Suzanne has taken great pride in the completion and operation of her new concept located in Clermont Florida and another one in Ft. Mill South Carolina.
With an array of crafting options for your “bun” or “bowl”, Burger Craft® is focused on creating a farm- to- table fast casual concept that can be adapted regionally in order to integrate an aggressive growth strategy.
Today, inspired by the positive feedback from the community and the sustained success, Suzanne has decided to take the next step for expansion. She has formed Burger Craft Franchising, LLC in order to franchise Burger Craft. By franchising, she hopes to accomplish two things: (1) give people everywhere a place where they can always count on, healthy clean food and Great service; and (2) give franchisees the opportunity to own and operate their own businesses and follow their passion and dreams.
